 Historical Photograph Collection at the Arizona State Archives
Searchable database of photographs primarily pre-1940.    Archives' photographs focus upon the unique cultural heritage of the state and territory of Arizona, beginning in 1863. The collection includes about 130,000 images, including photographs, slides, negatives, glass plate negatives, tintypes, transparencies, postcards and others. Arizona Birth, Death, & Marriage Records

Arizona Department of Health Services. Births from 1897 - 1931; Deaths 1878 - 1956  Recently, the Arizona Department of Health Services established a new free genealogy web site.  This genealogy website contains public microfilmed images of county or state issued certificates.   Birth certificates recorded more than 75 years ago or death certificates recorded more than 50 years ago are available as public records.  You can search our public records there and view images of original birth and death certificates in PDF format.  You can then download the image and/or print copies on your own printer.  http://genealogy.az.gov/

Arkansas

Arkansas Digital Library , a new project, will focus on digitizing the important special collections owned by the colleges and universities in the state. Text, images, three-dimensional objects, and other audio and video collections will be scanned and digitized. By bringing materials such as original diaries, historical maps, and artifacts beyond a format available currently only on-site, a wealth of electronically accessible information will be available to all.  http://www.uark.edu/misc/ardiglib/

University of Arkansas Digital Collections Established in 1967, the special collections department has evolved into the major center for conducting research on all things Arkansas.  It contains more than 1,600 manuscript collections, more than 100,000 photographs, a huge collection of historic maps, an oral and video history program, and the largest collection of publications about Arkansas to be found anywhere. It serves several thousand researchers each year.
